Dear Members of the Bangladesh Society for Total Quality Management (BSTQM),
It is an honor to stand before you today as a candidate for the Executive Committee of BSTQM. My name is Abdul Malek, and I am a dedicated Lecturer at Tejgaon College, a life member of BSTQM, and a former Chairman of the BSTQM Student Chapter.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of serving on the Education and Welfare Committees of BSTQM, where I have made significant contributions to the organization’s growth and development. As a member of the Student Chapter, I have also had the opportunity to mentor and support young quality management enthusiasts, helping them to develop their skills and become leaders in their own right.
I firmly believe that a successful quality management program can only be achieved through the collective efforts of a dedicated team. If elected to the Executive Committee of BSTQM, I plan to leverage my skills and experience to strengthen the organization’s overall effectiveness and impact.
As a Lecturer in English, I have implemented effective communication strategies and developed innovative programs for students and faculty alike. I am committed to instilling quality management principles in my students, preparing them to become the leaders of tomorrow.
I believe that with my proven track record of excellence in both academia and quality management, I am the ideal candidate for the Executive Committee of BSTQM. My leadership and innovative ideas can help take the organization to new heights, benefitting all members.
I urge you to vote for me and join me in my mission to promote and advance quality management practices in Bangladesh. Together, we can make a positive difference and create a better future for all.
